Hi there. Kinesthetic learners are people who need motion to learn. Some find walking around reciting their notes to be good for them. If space is limited a few-steps back and forth can suffice. QUIETLY chewing gum might offer the motion stimulus you need to help you learn, however make sure to keep your mouth closed. Silently tapping or bouncing your foot may be the stimulus you need to learn or even to pay attention when listening in class. Writing out your notes can cement your memory and aid recall. It’s also practice for the exam. Try colour coding your notes or typing them out instead. OR, as crazy as it may sound, try studying while yo-yoing, some people like the sound and motion of the yo-yo; this may also lead to you walking around at the same time. Experiment with some of these methods. It may be that you tap your pen or pencil, or that you jitter in class. Perhaps your natural tendency can be adjusted to something that won’t get you in trouble and does not annoy others. Good luck now.
